Supervising Commission IkaWidiastuti, S.ST, MT. and I PutuDodyLesmana, ST, MT. Her registration is a must for every student before the student is taking classes each semester. Currently the implementation of her registration in the Polytechnic of Jember is still done manually. Manual is meant here is the students are required to queue up and wait their turn to fill out the registration form her. In today's era of android technology into one operating system on a mobile device that is much in demand among the public. As technology advances the student made her registration applications based on android and java. With the application of the student as a client or UPK (Unit Class) as admin can easily perform activities of her registration each semester. The method used in completing this thesis refers to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDCL) waterfall model proposed by Sommerville. In this method of requirements definition phase is done, the next system and software design and next is implementation and unit testing, and continued integration and system testing phase and operation and maintenance. Testing is done by testing to fifty users to access the server simultaneously. The purpose of these tests was to determine the durability of the server if many clients make the process of data requests together. Keyword:her registration, client server
