ABSTRACT


Rosella (Hibiscuss sabdariffa L.) is a fiber plant that is used as drink that is good for health. Red rosella production is not much ifcompared to high demand. Absorption of nutrients that are not optimal is one of the causes of low rosella production. Phosphate (P) is one of the important macro nutrients for plant growth and production, on the other side the absorption of P nutrients is not optimal because the P element is bound to soil organic acids. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Pseudomonas fluoroscens phosphate sulubilizing on calyx and red rosella capsules production. This research was conducted on 3 December 2017 until 30 July 2018 in the Jember Polytechnic experimental garden in Antirogo sub-district. Observation data obtained were tested using the F test (ANNOVA). The results showed thatphosphate solubilizing microorganisms had no significant effect on parameters of plant height, number of branches, wet weight of calyx and capsules, dry weight of calyx and capsules and wet weightstoverof plants.
