Raw materials that can be used as briquettes are biomass such as twigs, cassava skin, agricultural waste. Raw materials that have the potential to be used as charcoal briquettes are the results of Bondowoso tape processing, in the form of cassava skin as raw material for charcoal derived from peeled cassava and cassava flakes as an adhesive material derived from cassava slices and cassava tops. In this study using all waste generated from the processing of tape made as briquettes. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of briquettes produced from cassava peel material using cassava flour adhesive material. The results showed that cassava charcoal briquette with cassava flour adhesive was in accordance with SNI standards. The best composition is in KT 1 composition, that is 30 grams of cassava charcoal powder and 1,9 grams of cassava flour, with a moisture content of 353%, density 1.01 gr / cm3, ash content 4.71%, heating value 5347.18 cal / gr, the press test is 5.35 kg / cm2, and the combustion rate is 0.12 gr / s.
