Getting profit is one of the company's goals. Profit derived from company revenues and revenues from the company's operating activities is called sales. Therefore, in a sales process required a forecasting of production of goods for effectiveness in the problem of sales to meet the needs of buyers. Where the forecasting process is very helpful in increasing sales profit chart. It aims to balance between sales with goods desired consumers can be fulfilled. Currently, sales in Sujono Store precisely since the last 2 years experienced a loss in sales. Based on this application sales forecasting program was created to help improve the profit graph at Sujono Building Store. This Sales forecasting Program was created using the Moving Average method to calculate the most economical ordering of goods, and Waterfall as a system development method. This system is expected to run in accordance with its function to perform mathematical calculations of sales forecasting that will be applied to the Sujono Store to improve the profitability of sales by using the Moving Average method.
