The website is included in electronic media which can be used as a media for delivering health services and health promotion information. The purpose of this study was to design and create a website for Regional Hospital Dr. SoebandiJember as a media for information on services to the public. This type of research is qualitative research where the process of collecting and retrieving data is done by interview, observation. The method used to make the system is the waterfall method which consists of several stages, namely needs analysis, design, coding, and testing. The programming language used is PHP and the script editor is Dreamweaver. The results obtained from this study are the website of Regional Hospital Dr. SoebandiJember. With the existence of the website, it can help the Regional Hospital dr. SoebandiJember provides information that is easy for people to get information, organizes health promotion activities and improves existing services to hospital customers who are referred to by information technology.
