ABSTRACT

Primary Health Care in Beji and Bangil begin to using primary care application (P-Care) since 2014. The implementation of P-Care still have found of obstacles and problems such as code diagnosis of disease and drug list incomplete, difficult to log-in into the application at a certain hour, as well as the help menu is not available on the P-Care. The purpose of this study is to evaluate of P-Carebased on the dimensions of End User Computing Satisfaction (content, format, accuracy, ease of use and timeliness). This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The object in this research is the P-careand subject of research is all of primary care users in Primary Health Care in Beji and Bangil . The results of the study indicate that the expectations of most P-care users are in accordance with the expectations of the users, and the fact of using the application is good. Users feel very satisfied on aspects of content, accuracy, format and are not satisfied on the ease of use and timeliness. This indicates that the P-Careis already well underway but there are still shortcomings so that the need for development of P-Careby data validation such as a message warning if there is unallocated data, providing the help menu, and improvements to the server so that no interference occurs frequently when accessed by many healthcare facilities.
