ABSTRACT
Puskesmas Kencong in disseminating information on health services can not be accessed globally by the public because the media used in providing information is still through pamphlets, leaflets, and banners. This method is less effective and efficient to do, because a lot of cost and energy and only applies one time only. The method used is prototype requirement method that is by identifying user requirement stage, making prototype, adjusting to user desire, making operational system code, testing operational system, adjusting system to user desire and using operational system. This study uses a qualitative approach, where the process of collecting and retrieving data is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The PHP pemorgraman language and script editor are Sublime Text. The result obtained is the website of Puskesmas Kencong.
