ABSTRACT


This study aims to expand the cultivation of potato plants to develop cultivation technology and reduce the amount of imports. Through the implementation of potato cultivation in the middlelands, the use of biological angensia Trichoderma sp. This research was carried out from November 2017 to March 2018 at the North Jember Rembangan trial area which was located in Kemuningan Lor Village, Kecjaan Arjasa, Jember Regency. This study uses a randomized block design. Using a treatment comparison include A0 fungicide with active ingredients Propineb concentration of 0.24 ml / lt, A1 Trichoderma sp 108 cfu / lt, A2 Trichoderma sp106 cfu / lt, A3 Trichoderma sp 104 cfu / lt. The data was tested using Analysis of Variants, further tested by BNT test at 5% and 1% levels. The results showed that the treatment of synthetic A0 fungicide with active ingredients of Propineb 70% concentration of 0.24 ml / lt and Trichoderma sp. at a concentration of 108 cfu / ml, 106 cfu / ml, 104 cfu / ml showed no significant difference to the intensity of Phytophthora infestans attack and treatment of synthetic A0 fungicide with active ingredients of Propineb 70% concentration of 0.24 ml / lt and Trichoderma sp. at a concentration of 108 cfu / ml, 106 cfu / ml, 104 cfu / ml had no significant effect on yields and the effect of the intensity of Phytophthora attacks on yields showed a negative correlation y = -0,0193x + 19,441, R² = 0,0057
