Pembimbing (Feby Erawantini, S.KM, M.P.H) Dikna Raima Noviandari Study Program of Medical Record Majoring of Health Program Program Studi Rekam Medis Jurusan Kesehatan ABSTRACT Diarrhea and gastroenteritis are the first ranked diseases that cause a patient must be hospitalized at a hospital in Indonesia. Gastroenteritis (GE) is a disease causing a patient to defecate soft or runny feces, sometimes mixed with blood or mucus, with the frequency of three times or more within 24 hours and is accompanied by vomiting, fever, uncomfortable feeling in stomach and the decrease of appetite. This research aims to quantitatively analyze the inpatient medical record document of Gastroenteritis patients in RSUD Kalisat on the first three months in 2017. The type of this research is descriptive using observation as the collecting data method. The result of this research is there are some incomplete Gastroenteritis medical record documents. One of them is existed on administrative qualitative analysis, which has some incomplete medical action information fulfilling as many as 22 medical record documents. On medical qualitative analysis, precisely in supporting examination, there are 6 medical record documents have not had blood examination result information. Therefore, the quality of medical record document of Gastroenteritis patients either administratively or medically is regarded as not so good. There should be a thoroughness of the medical officer in doing medical record document fulfilling. Keywords : Qualitative Analysis, Medical Record Document, Gastroenteritis
