Analysis of Risk Factors for Acute Respiratory Infections (ISPA) in Childern aged 0-4 years in Pasirian Community Health Centers 2018, Faiqatul Hikmah, S,KM., M.Kes (as chief counselor) Dhina Hadindari Rosyida Study Program of Medical Record Majoring of Health Program ABSTRACT The incidence of Acute Respiratory Infections (ISPA) in childern aged 0-4 years in Pasirian Community Health Centers is nucertain or fluctuating every year, it is know that in 2014 the number of ISPA patients was 1026 patients, in 2015 the number of ISPA patients was decreased by 908 patients, in 2016 the number of ISPA patients was increaded by 1000 patients, and in 2017 the number of ISPA patients was experienced a decline again as many as 615 patiens. The aim of this research is to describe dan to analys risk factors of Acute Respiratory Infections (ISPA)in childern aged 0-4 years in Pasirian Community Health Centers at 2018. The subjects of this research were childern 0-4 years who come to Pasirian Community Health Center with ISPA’s diagnosed was 100 balita, and healthy balita was 100 balita. The result showed that there are a significant correlation between parent’s education, parent’s knowledge, nutritional status, exclusive breast milk, immunization status, floor type, occupancy density, cooking activity, use of insect repellent, ambient air pollution, cigarette smoke, and there are no a significant correlation between birth weight and parent’s age with the incident of Acute Respiratory Infections. Suggestions for other reserchers are seeing air pollution factors in the form of cookong activities (smoke from firewood), the use of insect repellent, and cigarette smoke have the same significant impact and how the three types of smoke are more related to the ISPA incident.
