Kes (Pembimbing I-As Chief Counselor) Risa Amelia El Rahmah Study Program Of Medical Record Medical Departement ABSTRACT At the Inpatient Clinic Dr. Jember Suherman has 4 open storage shelves made of elbow iron and plywood, has a size that is not in accordance with the anthropometry of the officer, namely 2 storage shelves that have a height of 240 cm, width 30 cm and length of 100 cm. While the other 2 storage racks are 250 cm high, 35 wide and 105 cm long. The high size of the storage rack is not in accordance with the size of the hand reach of the officer, causing the officer to feel troubled in taking and returning inpatient medical record files and requiring assistive devices such as chairs to reach the upper part, and narrow inter-shelf distances so that the chief officer is formed with a storage rack. File storage system uses a decentralized system in which outpatient files are stored in the clinical information system while inpatient files are stored manually in the filing room, the number of inpatients increases which causes the shelf capacity to become full quickly. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection observations, interviews and brainstorming. The research subjects were two medical record officers and the head of the Inpatient Clinic Dr. M Suherman Jember. The results of this study are the storage rack of ergonomic medical record files according to anthropometry officers that are 174 cm high, 187 cm long, and substrate depth 81 cm.
