NoerQomariahDahlan Study Program OfAgro-Industry Management Majoring Of Agribusiness Management Program Studi Manajemen Agroindustri Jurusan Manajemen Agribisnis ABSTRACT This study aims to figure out the effects of work discipline and compensation towards work productivity of workers in production department of SukorenoMakmur rice factory, Jember. The population of this study is 40 workers in production department. The used data are primary and secondary data. The technique used in data analysis is the double linier regression analysis and classical assumption test by using SPSS program v21.0 in windows. After conducting test in regression linier double, the resultshows that the variable that significantly affects towards workers productivity is discipline and compensation. Meanwhile, the f-test shows that both the discipline and compensation significantly affect towards the workerproductivity. The most dominant influential variablesare compensation variables.
