Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pabrik Rokok Gagak Hitam Bondowoso Hanas Kurnia Ramadhan Program Studi Manajemen Agroindustri Jurusan Manajemen Agribisnis ABSTRAK Skripsi ini berjudul pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Kompensasi pada Pabrik Rokok Gagak Hitam Bondowoso. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) Untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Penyebaran kusioner dilakukan terhadap 46 responden. Responden yang dibidik adalah kinerja karyawan bagian produksi. Teknik analisa yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Dari hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan teknik analisa regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 21.0 dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) secara serempak gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pabrik Rokok Gagak Hitam Bondowoso. (2) secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pabrik Rokok Gagak Hitam Bondowoso. (3) pada variabel kompensasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pabrik Rokok Gagak Hitam Bondowoso . This research was aimed to (1) test and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and compensation on the employee’s work performance simultaneously, (2) test and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and compensation on the employee’s work performance partially, (3) find out which variable has the dominant influence on the employee’s work performance. The sampling technique used in this research was Simple Random Sampling method. The questionnaire distribution was done to 46 respondents. The respondents chosen was the employee in production division. The analysis technique used in this research was multiple regression. From the test result using multiple regression technique with the help of SPSS 21.0 could be concluded that: (1) simultaneously, the leadership style, motivation, and compensation significantly influenced the employee’s work performance at Gagak Hitam Cigarettes Factory Bondowoso; (2) partially, the leadership style and motivation unsignificantly influenced while the compensation significantly influenced the employee’s work performance at Gagak Hitam Cigarettes Factory Bondowoso; (3) at the compensation variable dominantly influenced the employee’s work performance at Gagak Hitam Cigarettes Factory Bondowoso.
