ABSTRACT
Bhakti Husada Banyuwangi Hospital began implementing SIMRS since 2011. The implementation of SIMRS in the hospital is still a lot of obstacles or problems, such as there are no tools to perform diagnostic coding, in some units there are still manual system applications, based on observations there is one officer complaining about SIMRS performance , facilities (IT staff) have not been fulfilled to fix problems of the program. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the hospital information system based on the perception of officers by using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method in RSU Bhakti Husada Banyuwangi. The type of research used is quantitative analytic with a cross sectional approaching. This study uses a questionnaire method with 80 respondents used as samples. Sampling was done using sampling quota technique. Based on the results of a simple logistic regression test conducted from the four variables, only 1 variable has an effect on interest in use. The variable is effort expectations that have an influence on the interest in using information systems, while performance expectations, social factors and facilities that help do not have an influence on the interest in using SIMRS in RSU Bhakti Husada Banyuwangi. The suggestion proposed by the researcher regarding the above problems are the need for socialization by the hospital regarding the benefits of using SIMRS and the benefits provided by the SIMRS. As well as further evaluation is conducted to assess whether the SIMRS contained in the hospital is in accordance with the needs or not.
