ABSTRACT

The study was conducted in Mrawan Pringtali, Mayang subdistrict and Seed Technology Laboratory of Jember State Polytechnic, Jember regency from June-November 2017. This research used Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2factors. The first factor is PGPR concentration treatment (P) consist of 3levels, P0 = without PGPR, P1 = PGPR treatment 12,5 ml/L, P2 = PGPR treatment 15 ml/L, P3 = PGPR treatment 17,5 ml/L. The second factor isspraying interval of PGPR (T1), consisted of 3 levels, T1 = once of 7 days, T2 = once of 14 days, T3 == once of 21 days. The data was analyzed by f test (ANOVA) and continued by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) with error rate 5% (*) or 1% (**). The spraying interval T1 (7 onceof 7 days) was higher than otherson 15HST 71,2%, 30HST 236,0%, and 45HST 345,1%. There is an interaction with The Correlation Between the Interval and Dose of PGPR’s Spraying to The Production and Quality of bitter melon Seeds (Momordica charantina L.)
Keywords : PGPR, bitter melon</note>
