ABSTRACT

Attempts to increase the yield of peanut can be done with pile up and fertilizer. The purpose of the study was to determine the response of pile up frequency and  phonska fertilizer  on effect of production and quality of peanut seeds (Arachishypogaea L.). This research was conducted in Kopang Hamlet, Darsono Village, ArjasaSubdistrict, Jember Regency, from August to December 2017. The design of the research was arandomized block design with two factors. The first factor was dose of  pile up frequency (20; 20 and 40; and 20, 40, and 60 days after planted) and the second fertilizer phonska (225, 250, 275 kg / ha). The results showed that the frequency of 20, 40 days after planted (B2) inflows had a very significant effect (**) on the parameters of number of potted pods per plant sample, number of empty pods per plant sample, pod dry weight perplant sample, production per hectare. The treatment of phonska fertilizer dose gave a significant effect (*) on the parameters of plant height. There are interactions that have a significant effect on the parameters of observing the number of potted pods per plant sample.
