ABSTRACT

The registration system at the Bhakti Husada Banyuwangi Hospital still uses desktop-based applications and in the outpatient registration path the patient gets two queue numbers, the first is for the registration window and the second is for the targeted poly. So that patients also have to queue twice to get a doctor's examination. Officers looking for patient medical record files take more than 10 minutes, because the number of patients who seek treatment every day is always increasing. On average around 90 to 100 patients per day. The purpose of this study was to design and create a web-based registration queue information system at RSU Bhakti Husada Banyuwangi. This research is a qualitative research using the waterfall method for designing and manufacturing online outpatient queue information system. Data collection techniques are done by interviewing, observing, and brainstorming to equate perceptions regarding the system that has been made. The results of this study are online outpatient registration queue information system, with the existence of this system is expected to overcome the problems that exist in outpatient registration activities and can provide convenience to officers in inputting patient data and generate visit reports automatically. The research conclusion is that the respondent states that the system made as a whole is in accordance with the needs of the respondent, easy to understand and has included all inputs and can generate reports automatically.
