Relationship between Nutritional Status and Uric Acid Levels with Work Productivity of Workers at PT. Jaya Agra Wattie Jember Corahmas Plantation

ABSTRACT
Problems that occur in the work environment are very diverse, it can affect work productivity such as nutritional status and uric acid levels which will have an impact on work productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and uric acid levels with work productivity of workers at PT. Jaya Agra Wattie Jember Corahmas Plantation. Type of Analytical Survey research with cross sectional design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, obtained a sample size of 18 respondents. Data analysis was carried out namely Univariate and Bivariate Analysis by using Spearman correlation test on SPSS Software (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 16.0 to determine the relationship between dependent and independent variables. The results showed that there was no relationship between nutritional status and work productivity p = 0.112 (p <0.05), there was no relationship between uric acid levels and work productivity p = 0.668 (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between nutritional status and work productivity and there is no relationship between uric acid levels and work productivity.
