ABSTRACT
At the time of suspension of work, the case load on the connecting arm, and therefore need an exact calculation in the structural analysis arm connecting components. In this study, researchers used a numerical method with software Solidworks 2013 based on the finite element method, for completion by the mathematical way will be hard on the analysis of objects that have irregular shapes. The test results of the simulation analysis using Solidworks 2013 software is the lowest maximum stress value obtained by variation of test A value 49,414,524 N/m² and The most high-obtained test variation B with a value of 50,271,332 N/m². For the highest safety factor obtained by variation of the test A of 5.0593 and the lowest for the obtained test variation B with a value of 4.9731. So we can conclude that variations in test A has security higher than the variation of test B and C though not significantly.
