Indonesia is country that rich in natural resources and it is very potential for the world of international tourism and Proven with many regions in Indonesia that become tourist destinations for local and foreign tourist and of course it is cannot be separated from the role of transportation industry as one of the important elements in tourism activities. From several transportation industries, nowadays the Aviation industry is become popular to People who want to do traveled and many passenger demands to make a trip to holiday or business purposes. One example of aviation industry in Indonesia is PT. Gapura Angkasa Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport.
Gapura is a joint-venture company that was established on January 26, 1998 by three State-Owned Enterprises, namely PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) and PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). The Company is engaged in the business of ground handling services and other business activities that support the aviation business at the airport. PASSASI division is part of the ground handling in PT. Gapura Angkasa that handles passengers ranging from check-in process to passenger boarding the plane and handling transit passenger process.
Base on the explanation above, then on this occasion the writer used for explore the work in the aviation world to carry out her Internship Program, especially at Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport because this airport is one of the largest airports in Indonesia and this airport already has international standards so the writer thought when she work there she can get a lot of experience and apply her communication skills very well there.

There are some activities during this Internship Program especially in PASASI division for example Check in counter, Greeting services, Boarding Gate and Lost and Found. The writer already did her internship program in PT. Gapura Angkasa Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport. The writer joined in Citilink Airlines or LCC (Low Cost Airline). The internship program was started at 2 April 2018 until 2 June 2018.
Meanwhile, the writer got some problem such as for the first she should understand about the knowledge of since Aviation because she did not learn it in college before. Second, the writer should understand the workflow at the airport and adapt to the work location there. Last the writer should handling of passenger’s complaint when there is a problem with their flight. the writer also learned how to be professional worker, how to handling problem such as when there is complaint from passenger and how to be discipline such as she could came on time when she go to office. Based on the explanation above the writer conclude that PT. Gapura Angkasa Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport was appropriate place to do Internship Program because from this company, the writer got a lot of experience and also new knowledge that cannot be obtained during college.
