ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh subtitusi ampas tahu fermentasi dalam pakan terhadap komposisi karkas ayam kampung super. Parameter pengamatan adalah bobot hidup, bobot karkas, persentase karkas, persentase dada, persentase paha, persentase punggung, dan persentase sayap pada pemeliharaan ayam kampung super. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan, setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah tanpa subtitusi ampas tahu fermentasi (P0), subtitusi ampas tahu fermentasi sebesar 5% (P1), 10% (P2), 15% (P3), dan 20% (P4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subtitusi ampas tahu fermenatsi berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot hidup (P<0,05) dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot karkas, persentase karkas, persentase dada, persentase paha, persentase punggung, dan persentase sayap pada ayam kampung super (P>0,05). Bobot hidup ditunjukkan dalam perlakuan subtitusi ampas tahu fermentasi 5% pada pakan memberi dampak positif terhadap komposisi karkas. Pemberian ampas tahu fermentasi sebesar 5% menghasilkan pertambahan bobot badan dan bobot hidup yang lebih baik sehingga penggunaan ampas tahu fermentasi untuk menghasilkan pertumbuhan yang optimal pada ayam kampung super.

The Effect Of Substitution Of Fermented Tofu Waste In Feed Against On
Composition Of Cross Breed Native Chicken Carcasses

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect substitution of fermented tofu waste in feed on carcasses composition of cross breed native carcasses. Parameters of this research are body weight, carcass weight, percentage of carcass, percentage of chest, percentage of thigh, percentage of back, and percentage of wings on cross breed native carcass. This experiment used an completely randomized design with five treatments, each treatments has four replications. The treatment used was without substution of fermented tofu waste (P0), substitution of fermented tofu waste 5% (P1), 10% (P2), 15% (P3), and 20% (P4). The results showed that substitution of frmented tofu waste had significant effect on body weigth (P<0,05) and had no significant effect on carcass weight, carcass percentage, percentage of chest, percentage of thigh, percentage of back, and percentage of wings in cross breed native carcasses (P>0,05). Body weight is shown in the treatment substitution of fermented tofu waste 5% in give a positif
impact on carcass composition. The fermented tofu waste up to 5% are recommended to be used to produced body weight gain and body weight as good, so the fermented tofu waste can produced optimal growth on cross breed native carcass
