ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PTPN XII Kebun Mumbul Kabupaten Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 karyawan harian lepas. Pengambilan sampel menggunkan teknik sampling jenuh, istilah lain dari sampel jenuh adalah sensus, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, uji F, dan uji t dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan melalui analisis regresi uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah kompensasi dan motivasi, sedangkan variabel yang berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah disiplin kerja. Pengujian analisis regresi uji F menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah variabel motivasi.

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and working discipline to the performance of the employee at PTPN XII Kebun Mumbul District Jember. This research was conducted by using 80 casual employee of populations. The sample in this research was used by saturated sampling, another term of saturated sampling is census, where all members of the population become the sample. The data was used in this research were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used were multiple linier regression analysis, analysis of determination, F test, and t test by using SPSS 21. The Results of this research were based on the t test showed that the variables that gave significant effect to the employees performance were compensation and motivation. While the variable did not give significant effect on employees performance is discipline in work. Based on the test F test it showed that compensation, motivation, and discipline in work gave significant effect to the employees performance and the most dominant variable that gave effect to the employees performance was motivation.
