Correlation between Knowledge Levels, Education Levels with Vitamin C and Vitamin E Intake in Breast Cancer Patients At Baladhika Hospital Husada Jember Nindyasfil Azkiyah, Puspito Arum, S.Gz., M.Gizi Clinical Nutrition Study Program Department of Health ABSTRACT Breast cancer is a malignancy in breast tissue that can be originated from the ductal epithelium, lobules and other components besides glands such as fat tissue, blood vessels, and tissue nerves. Micronutrients that affect cancer cells are vitamins C and vitamin E. These vitamins are included in the category of natural antioxidants which can reduce the risk of breast cancer recurrence or prevent the growth of breast cancer cells. The intake of vitamin C and vitamin E is obtained from daily food intake that is influenced by the level of knowledge, level of education This study aimsed to determine the relationship of knowledge level, education level with vitamin C intake, and vitamin E in breast cancer patients in hospitals Baladhika Husada Jember. This study was analytic survey research. The design taken by a cross sectional design. The number subjects was 66 people taken by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument were the semi quantitative food form and questionnaire form. Analysis using SPSS 16.0 with somers'D test. The conclusion of this study is there is a correlation between education level and vitamin C intake (p = 0.005) there is a relationship between education level and vitamin E intake (p = 0.013), there is no relationship between knowledge level with vitamin C intake (p = 0.716) there is no relationship between the level of knowledge with vitamin E intake (p = 0.338) in breast cancer patients at Baladhika Hospital Husada Jember.
