<note>ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to know the effect of bokashi fertilizer and cow urine liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and production of long beans. This research was conducted in Sumber sari village Sumber Sari District Jember East Java, which started from July to September 2016. This study used Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of two factors namely the first factor of fertilizer fertilizer bokashi (B1) 4 gr/ plant, (B2) 8 gr / plant, (B3) 12 / plant. The second factor of the application of organic fertilizer of cow urine liquid (U1) 230 ml/, (U2) 250 ml / ha, each reengineering 4 times so that there are 24 experimental units The data of the research were analyzed using Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) and continued With BNT% test. The results showed that bokashi treatment did not give significant effect on plant height parameters, flowering age, harvest age, weight of pods per plant, and weight of plant pods. The treatment of liquid cow urine organic fertilizer gives effect of interaction of plant height parameter 35 HST, and gives very real influence on the parameter of number of seeds per pod. There is an interaction between bokashi fertilizer and cow urine liquid organic fertilizer on the plant height parameter of 35 HST and the number of seeds per plant
