Improved Management of Production Operations Through Increased Harvest Transporter Facilities and Application of Harvest and Post Harvest SOP in Improving Fruit Quality of Mangoes Arumanis 143 PT. TRIGATRA RAJASA Situbondo Regency

ABSTRACT

The Practice of Community Learning and Empowerment (PPPM) aims to improve the quality of Arumanis 143 mangoes through improved operations and production management. PPPM activities are carried out at PT. Trigatra Rajasa Lamongan Village, Arjasa District, Situbondo Regency for three months, September to November 2018. The methods used are observation, interviews, and direct implementation of improved operations and production management. Management improvements carried out during PPPM include improving harvest transportation facilities and implementing harvest and post harvest SOP. The results of the data during the PPPM process were obtained by an increase of five times the carrying capacity of the crop and the level of employee compliance with the harvest SOP of 75% and the SOP after harvest of 66%. The data is used as an evaluation of the company to develop quality human resources to achieve the quality of Arumanis 143 mangoes
