ABSTRACT
Based on data on health services Profile Lumajang mentioned that health services Lumajang has 25 clinics, one of which is public health Candipuro. Work-area Clinics Candipuro has coverage of the population by as much as 38,401 inhabitants. Outpatient visits as much as 17,198 inhabitants per yearDaily Candipuro health centers serve dozens of patients who come in for treatment.The current system of patient data processing each part is still done by manual or not utilizing information system in clinic. With still used manual systems then appeared numerous problems in the data processing of his patients. These problems include high rates of error in the processing of data of the patient (registration data, data collation, data reference, and laboratory data) and the slowness of the process of logging for example patient service and patient data searches. The use of Outpatient registration information System with computer technology for the processing of data is indispensable, because patients can give you several advantages and ease in patient service among others: speed up service, more accurate information, search the data more quickly, making the reports more quickly. With the Outpatient registration information System Web-based cloud computing storage with the performance of the health Candipuro can be improved, so that the quality and quality of service be improved.
