M.Pd. (Supervisor) and Musa, S.Sos (Field Supervisor). Politeknik Negeri Jember is one of the many colleges creating and producing competitive graduates in the world of work. In addition, it offers intership program for its students to apply their skills and knowledge in workplace. The program is conducted before they graduate from Politeknik Negeri Jember. This program is very important for the students because they can apply their skills and knowledge in workplace. Based on the explanation above, as student of English Study Program Politeknik Negeri Jember, I conducted Internship Program in Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Probolinggo. I chose this agency because it is good place to apply and improve my knowledge that I attended such as English for Secretary, English for Correspondence, Speaking, and others. This agency manages and develops the tourism sectors in Probolinggo. Thus, it can be an opportunity for me to conduct intership program because I can apply my English skill at Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Probolinggo. After conducting the intership program at Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Probolinggo, I got several new knowledges in the real workplaces that very benefitial for my future. I did several activities at Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Probolinggo such as clipping tourism activities posted in newspaper, revising the previous tourism booklet of Probolinggo regency, joining preparation meeting of HARJAKAPRO events in Bupati office, and others activities at Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Probolinggo. From this internship program, I got new experiences in the real world work. I also could apply the knowledge that I got in campus such as English for Secretary, English for Corespondence, computer, writing and others.
