The low production of peanuts in Indonesia caused by several things that the processing and maintenance of land that is not optimal, pests and diseases, planting varieties to produce low, the quality of the seeds are low, and drought. This study using the Randomized Complate Blok Design (RCBD). There are two factors in the study, the first is The POC which include, without application POC (K0) The POC 150 ml/L (first), and The POC 250 ml/L (K2) the second is the time " Pruning is which include without " Pruning (P0), 7 HSB (P1), 14 HSB (P2). it was carried out repeated three times to achieve 27 of the experiment. The observation on any variable analyzed using a formula F (ANOVA), followed by a further DMRT. The results showed that the application POC give effect very real to (**) all the phases of growth and production of peanuts. While on treatment cuts to the influence of different is not real (ns) to all the parameters : the interaction his application POC and " Pruning is giving the influence of different real (*) on the parameters of the number of branches.
