ABSTRACT Information Systems Outpatient is a form of information system consisting of a series of health service activities provided in clinical health services pratama consisting of registration, examination, prescription drug, payment and preparation of reports. Outpatient information system is made based on the observation of researchers namely in performing patient data processing at PratamaRolasMedika Clinic for patient of BPJS and General patient still using manual system which all activity in case of data collection and at the first time patient do registration still done by manual. It is known that if the patient does not carry a KIB card and if the patient's medical record is missing the officer will make a new medical record. Officers must also seek medical record numbers manually on outpatient register book for BPJS patient and general patient and make the officer difficulties in searching medical record data. The research aims to design an outpatient information system in clinical pratamarolasmedikajember with Waterfall development method which consists of requirement analysis, system design, coding, and testing. Methods of data collection using interviews and observation. The subject of the informant was conducted to 4 informants, namely the head of clinic, doctor, registration officer, and pharmacist.
