ABSTRACT
The research was held for three months from October to February 2016. This research was carried out in the field of Padukuan Tegal Asri, Cindogo in Bondowoso and laboratory of State Polytechnic of Jember. This research used Complete Random Block Design (RBD) 2 Factorial wiht 4 combination and 6 replication. The first factor was non POC aplicatiaon (E1), and POC aplication (E2). The second factor was Cropping Blog System (T1), and Jajar Legowo 2:1 Cropping Sytems (T2). The resuld showed Eterno aplication and non eterno aplication with different cropping system was not significant (ns) on several parameterts, but on the parameters plant high, number of tillers, productive tillers, number grains of pithy, hollow grains and wight of 100 grains was a significant influence (**). Interaction between eterno apllication with cropping system (E*T) was highly significant effect (*) on the parameters number of grains /panicle. The result showed for seed quality aplication eterno and non aplication eterno with different cropping systems was not significant (ns) on all parameters of seed quality.
