<note>ABSTRACT


The aim of this research is to know the influence of compensasion, leadership and discipline of work against employee performace in PTPN X plantation kertosari jember. The population of this research numbered 162 employees, and they are amount of all employees working in PTPN X plantation kertosari jember. This research obtaining a sample from a full sampling method or well known as simple random samplimg and using two types of data that are primer data and sekunder data. Technique of data analysis that used in this research is multiple regression and using classical assumption and data analysis using SPSS 21.0 program for windows. The result of T test regression analysis shows that the compensasion and leadership are the variables that influence employees performance significantly. But discipline of work have a not significantly to performance. Whereas The result of F test regression also shows the significat of those three variables against employees performance, but the most dominant factor based on analysis is compensasion.
