Bambang Eko Sulistyono, M.Si Zainullah Fathul Bari Seed Production Technique Study Program Agricultural Production Department Program Studi Teknik Produksi Benih Jurusan Produksi Pertanian ABSTRACT One of the techniques to optimize the growth of sugar cane seedlings using single bud planting method is by using a natural growth plant substance urine cow fermentation. The growth plant substance are important to determine the growth and development of the sugar cane seedlings, but concerned in concentration and interval. The aimed research to obtain of Concentration and Fermentation Cow Urine Interval that appropriate. The research conducted on August to November 2016, by using Randomized Block Design factorial (RBD) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor a concentration (0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%), and the second factor a interval (one weeks, two weeks, and three weeks).The result showed that cattle urine with 15% concentration had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter of seedlings sugarcane at age 56 and 70 days after planting (DAP). The giving of cattle urine with one week interval had a significant effect on plant height of seedlings sugarcane at age 70 days after planting (DAP). The best combination the giving of cattle urine with 15% concentration and one weeks interval had a significant effect on length roots and roots volume of seedling sugarcane. .
