ABSTRACT
The lack of production of potatoes caused have by the used of seeds, one of the main ways to increase the yield of seed production is using organic fertilizers and the use of black plastics mulch silver. This research was conducted in July-September 2016 UPT land Cleaner Plain Polytechnic of Jember. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RAK) Factorial consisting of two factors and three replications. The first factor is the addition of fertilizer organic which consists of the control treatment (P0), 20 ton / ha of manure goat leather coffee (P1), 20 Gton / ha of organic fertilizer vermicompost (P2), and 2 tonnes / ha of organic fertilizer Petroganik (P3) , The second factor is the using of black plastics mulch silver (M1) and do not use black plastic mulch silver (M2). Treatment addition of organic fertilizer Petroganik significant (*) against age parameter plant height 56 days after planting (DAP), number of leaves 28 days after planting (DAP), and the number of tubers per plant. Treatment use black plastic mulch silver was highly significant (**) against age parameter plant height 14 days after planting (DAP). While the treatment doesn’t use black plastic mulch significant silver (*) to the height of the plant life of 42 days after planting (DAP), weight of tuber per plant, weight of tuber per hectare and highly significant effect (**) concerning the parameters plant height after the age of 56 days planting (DAP), the number of tubers per plant, tuber weight per plot. There is not interaction (ns) between treatment addition of organic fertilizer and the use of black plastisc mulch silver to the production of seed potatoes.
