SUMMARY The Activities of Training Traditional Arts Group in Tourism, Youth, And Sport District Agency Of Bondowoso, Munaimah, NIM F31140893, 2018, Language, Communication, and Tourism Department, Politeknik Negeri Jember, Siti Aisyiyah, S.Pd., M.Pd. (Supervisor) and Drs Ec. Sunaryadi, M.Si. (Field Supervisor) The internship report describes about the activities during the internship program in Tourism, Youth, and Sport District Agency of Bondowoso. Tourism, Youth, and Sport District Agency is one of tourism agencies that manages and promotes all the tourism objects in Bondowoso. I was interested to conduct my internship program in Tourism, Youth, and Sport District Agency of Bondowoso because I could apply my skill especially English skill that I got from English study program. I conducted this internship program for two months. In the first month I was placed in Youth and Sport Department, and the next month I was placed at Tourism Department. In these two departments, I applied my skill such as Public Relation, Speaking, English for Tour and Travel, Public Speaking, Correspondence, and Computer in the work place. In addition, I was really interested in an event held by Tourism Department that was training traditional arts group in some subdistricts in Bondowoso. Besides I got new knowledge and valuable experiences from some events that I joined while conducting the internship program. During this internship program, I found some difficulties and I tried to solve it. I could work with all the staffs of Tourism Department and they gave an instruction and helped me in finishing the jobs. In conclusion, Tourism, Youth, and Sport District Agency of Bondowoso was the most suitable place for me to conduct an internship program.
