ABSTRACT Cooperative is one form of business incorporated and based on the principle of kinship and also the principle of economic democracy and consists of several members in it. According to Act No. 2 of 1992 Article 1 Paragraph 1 concerning cooperatives, cooperatives Indonesia is a business entity consisting of persons, persons, or cooperative legal entities with the basis of its activities based on the principles of cooperatives, as well as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship. Prototype Method (Pressman, 2012) is one of the most widely used software development methods. Using this method, developers and users can interact with each other during the system creation process. Its stages consist of listening to customers, designing and building prototypes, and piloting customers. USP information system uses PHP programming language using Codeigniter and MySQL framework as its database. In this final project the USP information system is able to provide facilities for members who will make loans and registration without having to take the form.
