Developing a Website of Culture Tourism Object in Situbondo, Ahmad Taufik, F31120970, 2017, Language, Communication and Tourism Department, PoliteknikNegeriJember, Titik Ismailia, S.Pd,M.Pd (First Supervisor) and Fitri Wijayanti, S.Pd,M.Pd (Second Supervisor).

The development of tourism can also be seen from the increasing amount of the tourists who visit the tourism objects and tourism activities in Indonesia.The development of tourism facilities are also related with tourism activity. The facilities that are related to tourism activity are information media, hotel, restaurants, and accomodation, those things mostly provided by Tourism Department. It can be seen from the number of website that spread in the entire institutions of Indonesia.There are a lot of websites in Indonesia. One of them is in tourism a cultural department in Situbondo institut a has a website to promote potential tourism in Situbondo. Tourism department in Situbondo already have a lot of contributions related with developing tourism activities, especially in cultural tourism activities. This cultural ourism Department also provides informations related with cultural tourism activities such as ojung, petik laut, ancak agung and Best Situbondo Carnival with booklet as the promotional media. In this case, in order to get tourist’s attention, it needs more effective media that easily accesed by everyone, and there for websites is the most recommended media to create. The writer intended to develop the websites related with Cultural tourism activities completed with the additional informations such as accomodations and facilities, maps, merchandise store and gallery. It was developed in Bilingual version, Bahasa Indonesia and English it could be accessed in www.pesonabudayasitubondo.com . In collecting the data, the writer divided the result into three parts such as interview, observation and documentation The final project of Developing a website of cultural tourism activities in Situbondo to promote Situbondo city in cultural tourism activities aspects become more famous than before and tourists from other cities or even other countries also
learn the cultural activities of situbondo people. The website was in Bilingual version with in English and Bahasa Indonesia. During the process of doing this final project, the writer got knew experience and the writer could apply his skills about designing the website using English with actual information, enhancing vocabulary banks related with the website contents and translation skills for the bilingual website. The result of this final project is website of cultural tourism activities in Situbondo hoped could increasing the tourist knowledge about cultural tourism activities in Situbondo promotion Situbondo city who have a rich and uniques cultural aspects.
