ESTABLISHMENT INSTITUTIONAL OF GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATIONS PROTECTION SOCIETY FINELY CHOPPED TOBACCO WRINGIN IN THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOR PLANTATION IN BONDOWOSO DISTRICT   Mirza Marditasari Studies Program of Agribusiness Postgraduate Program   ABSTRACT   The Forestry and Plantation Department is the Regional Device Work Unit that assists the Regent in performing its duties in forestry and plantation sectors. In the field of plantations to assist the Regent in terms of increasing the income of plantation farmers, ranging from increased productivity of plantation products, post-harvest management to marketing results, while maintaining the sustainability of natural resources. In early January 2017 Plantation Division joined the Department of Agriculture while Forest Division joining the Department of East Java Province. In practice, participants perform identification of problems that occur at the Department of Agriculture for Plantation in Bondowoso District is on Geographical Indications. Then perform the initial stage of filing of Geographical Indications Finely Chopped Tobacco Wringin Bondowoso form of socialization and institutional establishment of Geographical Indications Protection Society of Finely Chopped Tobacco Wringin Bondowoso. Approach in problem solving method is PAR (Participatory Action Research) which can be used in order to set up institutional Geographical Indications Finely Chopped Tobacco Wringin Bondowoso. In order to get the four steps that must be applied, namely: (1) Identify the problem in the form of details about the filing of Geographical Indications Finely Chopped Tobacco Wringin Bondowoso not been implemented at the Department of Agriculture for Plantation Bondowoso, (2) Collect of information which contains information of Geographical Indications Finely Chopped Tobacco Wringin Bondowoso through the socialization process and the filing of Geographical Indications, (3) Action by conducting awareness about the benefits, potential and opportunities for Geographical Indications and perform the step by step of filing Geographical Indications Finely Chopped Tobacco Wringin Bondowoso to tobacco farmers within the scope of the Department of Agriculture for Plantation Bondowoso, (4) Evaluate the results by the Department of Agriculture for Plantation on Geographical Indications Finely Chopped Tobacco Wringin Bondowoso by the institution that will have been formed.   Keywords: Institutional, Geographical Indications
