ABSTRACT
This report presents about handling reservation room by Phone at Paiton Resort Hotel. I choose Paiton Resort Hotel conduct my internship program because Paiton Resort Hotel is an appropriate place to apply my English skills. I could apply all materials that I got from college such as English for Hotel and Restaurants, English for Correspondence, English for Secretary, Kesekretarisan, Public Relation, and Public Speaking. I did my internship program during 512 hour and I was placed at Paiton Resort Hotel 1. I was placed in front office division but sometimes I did book keeper activities. I did all the activities at front office division such as check in, check out, handling complaint and reservation room. Reservation room has four kinds of reservation they are reservation by phone, reservation by e-mail, directly reservation and reservation by Phone. I interested to know more about reservation room by phone. While doing my internship program I got some trouble because I never work before especially at hotel. So, I got problem when handling check in, check out, and reservation room, etc. I tried to learn and handling all the activities at front office division until I did it well. I got new knowledge and experience at Paiton Resort Hotel. I could apply my English skills and my competences at real work place.
