ABSTRAK
Umumnya permasalahan yang dialami konsumen saat ini terletak pada
semakin beragamnya produk smartphone dipasaran yang memiliki spesifikasi
yang bermacam-macam dimulai dari model yang hampir sama, spesifikasi mirip
dan banyak lagi hal lain yang membuat konsumen menjadi semakin kebingungan
untuk memilih yang sesuai dengan kriterianya. Penulis mengambil studi kasus di
Toko Eferata Jaya Bondowoso karena di toko ini adalah toko terbesar di
Bondowoso dalam menjual Smartphone. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka
penulis mengemukakan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode
Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai solusi. Proses dari metode tersebut
yaitu dengan menyeleksi smartphone berdasarkan kriteria apa yang ingin
diutamakan, awalnya kita tentukan menggunakan hirarki. Sehingga hasil akhirnya
sistem menghasilkan kandidat Smartphone terbaik sesuai harapan konsumen.
Kesimpulan dari pembuatan aplikasi ini didapati bahwa hasil perhitungan dari
sistem dengan perhitungan secara manual mendapat hasil yang sama. Sehingga
bisa dikatakan sistem ini valid, namun hasil akhir dapat berubah-ubah jika ada
manipulasi terhadap nilai bobot pada tiap kriteria. Secara umum aplikasi ini sudah
mampu memberikan saran bagi konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan
pemilihan smartphone dengan cepat dan tepat.

ABSTRACT
Generally the problems experienced by consumers today lies in the
increasingly diverse smartphone products in the market that has a variety of
specifications starting from almost the same model, similar specifications and
many more things that make consumers become increasingly confused to choose
the appropriate criteria. The author takes a case study at Eferata Jaya
Bondowoso store because in this store is the largest store in Bondowoso in selling
Smartphone. Based on the above problems, the authors propose decision support
system using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a solution.
The process of the method is by selecting a smartphone based on what criteria to
be preferred, we initially specify using the hierarchy. So the end result of the
system produces the best Smartphone candidate according to consumer
expectations. The conclusion of the making of this application found that the
calculation of the system with the calculation of manually got the same result. So
it can be said the system is valid, but the final result can be varied if there is
manipulation of the weight value on each criterion. In general, this application is
able to provide advice for consumers in decision making smartphone selection
quickly and precisely.
