This report describes about my daily activities of internship program conducted in Tourism Department of Tourism, Youth and Sport District Agency of Bondowoso Regency. It is one of district agency which help the government of Bondowoso to manage tourism object in Bondowoso and maintain culture and tradition in Bondowoso. I decided to conduct Internship Program at Tourism, Youth and Sport District Agency due to my interest at Speaking, Public Speaking, Public Relation, Correspondence, and English for Secretary. I believed by conducting internship program at Tourism, Youth and Sport District Agency of Bondowoso Regency, I could got some benefits and apply my skill and knowledge that I got in English Study Program. In Tourism, Youth and Sport District Agency, I was placed in Tourism Department. This department has a responsibility in managing archaeological, tradition, exhibition and sport event in Bondowoso. In Tourism Department, I got main duties to guide domestic tourists in Ijen Subdistrict. I concluded that Tourism, Youth and Sport District Agency are suitable place to conduct an internship program so I could apply my skills and my knowledge which I have gotten from Politeknik Negeri Jember.
