ABSTRACT
This report focuses on discussing the activities during my Internship Program in Paiton Resort Hotel. In this case, I propose to Paiton Resort Hotel as my internship program place. Paiton Resort Hotel is a business organization under PT. PJB UP Paiton. This hotel provides several services, such as accommodation and restaurant. It is located at Jl. Raya Surabaya-Situbondo Km.149 Paiton Probolinggo, East Java. I was placed in front office. In Front Office division I did some activities like handled check in, check out, room reservation, handling phone , delivering invoice letter and filling the data into computer. In front office devision, I helped my senior in handling check in and check out. Sometimes, I also helped to fill the data, handling complaint from the customer ets. During my internship program, I got an opportunity to apply my skills I had got in theory class at English Study Program. Moreover, I got the real work experience during Internship Program in Paiton Resort Hotel. The first time, I got little problem in my internship program. But, I always asked and learn to the senior. However, Paiton Resort Hotel is the best place to conduct the internship program because we could learn about how to work in hotel. Based on the explanation above, I concluded that Paiton Resort Hotel is an appropriate place to conduct the internship program. It was because I got a lot of experiences and knowledge during my internship program, especially about hotel. So, it gave me opportunity to make a good strategy in the future.
