Aplikasi Konsentrasi dan Lama Perendaman Giberelin terhadap Pematahan Dormansi Benih Kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) This research was conducted for 3 months, starting on November 2016 until January 2017. All activities are conducted in the UPT State Polytechnic of Jember Highway. This research used Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with a factorial design, which has two factors. There are 15 combination treatment (G1L1 = GA3 10 ppm + 1 hour, G1L2 = GA3 10 ppm + 1,5 hours, G1L3 = GA3 10 ppm + 2 hours, G2L1 = GA3 15 ppm + 1 hour, G2L2 = GA3 15 ppm + 1,5 hours, G2L3 = GA3 15 ppm + 2 hours, G3L1 = GA3 20 ppm + 1 hour, G3L2 = GA3 20 ppm + 1,5 hours, G3L3 = GA3 20 ppm + 2 hours, G4L1 = GA3 25 ppm + 1 hour, G4L2 = GA3 25 ppm + 1,5 hours, G4L3 = GA3 25 ppm + 2 hours, G5L1 = GA3 30 ppm + 1 hour, G5L2 = GA3 30 ppm + 1,5 hours dan G5L3 = GA3 30 ppm + 2 hours) . The data were analyzed using the F test (ANOVA) and then using advanced test DMRT level 5%. Different concentrations of gibberellin 30 ppm (G5) showed significantly different results on shoot number (3.47 shoots). The difference factor of immersion duration for 1.5 hours (L2) showed significantly different result on percentage of tubers shoot (97%) and significantly different in shoot number parameter (2.72 shoots). The effect of interaction of both factors showed no significant difference in all treatments. Key words : Potatoe, Seed, Gibberellin Concentration and Gibberellin Immersion
