“Influence of Education, Work Ethics, and Working Stress on Employees’ Work Productivity PT Perkebuna Nusantara (PTPN) XII Kebun Banjarsari Kabupaten Jember ” Alvien Setianingrum Agroindustry Management Study Program Agribusiness Management Department ABSTRACT This research was taking place at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) XII Kebun Banjarsari Kabupaten Jember. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Education, Work Ethics and Job Stress on employees’ Work Productivity of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) XII Kebun Kertosari Jember together or partially. The independent variables in this study are Education (X1), Working Ethic (X2), Working Stress (X3). The sample of this research is employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) XII Kebun Banjarsari Jember Regency. Data obtained by using questionnaires with slovin method obtained a total of 72 respondents. Data analysis was done by validity test, reliability test, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, f test and t test. From the results of this test shows that hypothesis (1) received with f arithmetic = 22,678> f table = 2.74 with probability of = 0,000 <0.05, this means Education, Work Ethics, and Job Stress have a significant effect on Work Productivity . Hypothesis (2) is rejected by t count = 0,846 0,05, this means Education has no significant effect on Work Productivity, hypothesis (3) accepted by t count = 4.405> t table = 1,995 with probability equal to 0,000 <0,05, this means work ethos have a significant effect on employee productivity and hypothesis (4) rejected by t arithmetic = 1,490 0,05, Job Stress has no significant effect on Work Productivity.
